The smith grind uses the back truck to grind on the edge while the front truck hangs near the side of the object which leaves the side of the deck to grind on the edge. It's one of the hardest grind trick there is. You should be able to 50-50 before learning this trick.
How to smith grind?
Position yourself like an ollie and pop onto the edge or rail like doing a 50-50.
When your board is reaching the edge, turn at an angle so that your back truck locks to the obstacle and your front truck is at the side of the edge.
Put your weight at the back lips more to stabilize.
At the end of the object, make a slight pop at the tail and re-land on the ground.

Ollie towards the rail and turn your body so that you end up sliding straight.
Once on top of the rail, lean forward and keep your knee bent.

As you reach the end of the rail, lift your front foot and turn your board so that you land straight.
This one is extremely difficult to describe accurately, and right now I can't find any photos to reference. Basically, the calf wrap trick involves standing on one leg, with the other leg bent behind it and tucked into the back of your knee. The skateboard is held off the ground, clamped between the two legs.
How to calf wrap?
This position is achieved by doing a modified no comply.
Pop your board with your front foot at the edge of the lip.
When you jump, place your front foot on the ground and use your back foot to scoop the board behind your front knee and between your legs.
Once you are in the calf wrap position, you can jump a few times with the board and jump back into the normal stance. Do check out the video for a detailed explanation!

Position yourself like an ollie and make sure you get more hangtime with your ollie. It's better to learn how to ollie higher first before learning this.
Pull an ollie and pull your leg towards the nose of the board.

Stop your board and place your foot on the board to land.
What is a pop shove it? Pop shove it is basically It is a trick where you ollie while your board spins 180 degrees. This consists of popping your skateboard and spin the back of your board to either left or right.
How to pop shove it?
Start with an ollie position with your front foot slightly further back than usual.
Hit your tail, but instead of pushing straight down and jumping straight up, push down and behind you with the ball of your foot.
Get your weight completely off the front foot so that there is nothing to stop the board from turning. Once you hit the tail and pushed down, the board should go into the air and start to turn under you.
Let the board hit your front foot when it is nearly as high as it can go.
Bring your back foot over and onto the board so your feet are on it like they would be at the peak of an ollie.
Practice the scooping motion with just your back foot while standing. With your front foot on the ground, stomp the tail of the board and guide it around 180 degrees. This will help you get the feel of the trick without worrying about falling.
If you've done all the steps right, you will land the pop shove it nicely. Work on popping the board more to get higher and try rolling faster so you get the hang of it.
